Call for private pay rates.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully. I can provide you with an insurance verification form.
All clients are encouraged to clarify their benefit information prior to beginning any treatment so that you understand what portion of services will be covered by insurance and what portion will be paid privately.
Please be aware that you will need to specifically clarify your Mental Health/Behavioral Health Benefit Coverage and Insurance. Your medical insurance carrier may be different from your Mental Health insurance coverage. If you are unsure about whether your insurance plan covers services at Brighter Day Therapeutic Solutions, PLLC, you will need to contact your insurance company for clarification.
Please keep in mind that all charges are the responsibility of the client, regardless of your insurance coverage. I will be happy to file claims with your insurance carrier for In-Network benefits.
If you will be using your Out-of Network benefits you are expected to pay your session fee and submit claims directly to your insurance company. These forms need to be completed and signed by your therapist. You will need to request a receipt at each visit for Out-of-Network benefits of Private Pay options.
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Please be sure to discuss this during your intake call.

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. No-shows are not covered by your insurance company and are the sole responsibility of the client to pay for missed sessions.
